A DadaMac Changemaker is at the same time ordinary and extraordinary.

Changemakers are ordinary people - you don't have to be superhuman or a genius to be an effective Changemaker.

And Changemakers are also extraordinary people - they identify ways of working that can make a real difference in the community they understand, and take the courageous step of working to make that change happen. Often such changes involve new thinking, new practices - not for nothing are Changemakers sometimes called 'troublemakers'!

But effective Changemakers are sensitive to the realities of the communities they work with, and find ways of making change that truly are 'development' - that strengthen the self-development of the community.

DadaMac exists to empower, enable and support Changemakers who work effectively and consistently in all sorts of ways to improve the life-chances of their community.
