Nikki asked me a question about Twitter today - so I asked her to ask it through the forum.

I watched while went about asking her question via the forum. She had various problems with the user interface. To my shame I can't remember them all now - as various phone calls etc have happened since.

Next time she does it we'll try to write all the uncertainties down as she goes along, so we can either make the interface more friendly (best option) or at least prepare some notes to help newbies overcome the uncertainties.

We will need to do this quickly - before Nikki has tried a couple more times and got in the habit of doing things with the existing interface.
